We are expert craftsmen on installation and we always install a floor to last for decades. We have been installing custom medallions and borders for over 30 years. We make sure both the wood and subflooring are at the proper humidity to minimize any potential problems down the road.
We use only the superior finishes so the floors will last for years. We install a vapor barrier so that the humidity from below will not affect the floor. We use only approved fasteners for the floor. We maintain the proper spacing to minimize problems for years to come. We cut all casings and jambs and install under them. We will provide all bull nosings, transition strips, reducers or thresholds for a professional finished look.
